Position. Operations Coordinator or equivalent title.
Location. Roseville or Truckee, CA
Responsibilities. Support company executive and operations team in three key areas.
- Support preparation, execution and management of consulting service and construction agreements.
- Assemble, review, cost code and prepare invoices on bi-monthly basis for review by Director of Finance.
- Support land purchases and builder transactions requiring detailed closing requirements.
Opportunity. As a rapidly growing company, we are focused on establishing preferred processes for the above tasks. The individual would have influence over the development of these processes and potential for professional growth and additional responsibilities through creation of efficiencies.

Compensation. We offer full benefits, retirement plan, profit based bonus plan and work life balance focused employment policies. Pay will be competitive based on skill set but we are assuming $45,000 plus as floor for initial compensation.
