Craig Knizek is a multi-faceted real estate entrepreneur. He currently serves as a Managing Director and Partner of the Sherman Oaks & Calabasas offices for the dynamic Beverly Hills brokerage, The Agency.

He has been named by the Wall Street Journal in the Top 250 agents in the United States (sales volume) since 2014. He was ranked 108th in the United States in 2017, and is on track to exceed his previous year’s sales volume in 2018.

Craig spent twenty years of his early career working in the film/television industry, collaborating with creative talent, shepherding and producing their creative vision. He’s proud to be able to translate his new skill set as a realtor to helping his past colleagues. Craig grew up in the West San Fernando Valley, attending El Camino Real high school, UC Santa Barbara, and the University of Stirling in Scotland.

Craig’s initial transition into real estate was through collaborating with his wife, designer Allison Knizek, to renovate and build quality “spec” homes that attracted acclaim and high value sales. In fact, they have built 14 homes to date since 2002. The expertise they developed in construction has informed every piece of advice he now offers to clients about how best to allocate resources to a home as they prepare to sell, or to clients wondering how to budget desired remodeling projects for a prospective purchase.
