Our most recent project is the LOOP, a four story, mixed-use project tailored to fit the needs of the UC Santa Barbara community with integral sustainability features and striking architecture. Situated between the neighborhood’s commercial corridor and residential sector, the LOOP transformed a formerly abandoned gas station into a vibrant community center and sets a benchmark for the responsible redevelopment of Isla Vista.
