As Cushman & Wakefield’s Chairman & CEO, Brett White is responsible for overseeing the management of the Commercial Real Estate business. Brett also held this role with DTZ, managing the execution of the merger with Cushman & Wakefield. Before joining DTZ, Brett had a 28-year career with CBRE, serving as Chief Executive Officer from June 2005 to December 2012 and President from 2001 to March 2010. He was also a member of CBRE’s Board of Directors from 1998 to January of 2013.

In these positions, Brett played a leadership role in developing the company into the world’s largest commercial real estate firm with annual revenues of approximately $6 billion. Brett has been responsible for more than 100 acquisitions and completing more than 20 public and private capital raises totaling more than $7 billion.

Brett serves on the board of directors for Realogy Holdings Corporation, Edison International and Southern California Edison. He is a Trustee of the University of San Francisco and was previously a member of the Business Roundtable. He received a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
