What You Get For Competing
(a) The Winner of UCSB will get cash prize of $1000!
(b) Winner of entire competition gets to win a trip abroad – location unknown, but last year they went to london

(d) Exposure to what being on an engagement is like–working on a team, managing priorities and time, multi-tasking, and having to think through the type of questions you’ll need to ask

Competition Guidelines
(a) Teams must have minimum of 2 sophomores and maximum of 1 senior
(b) A Case Competition Kick-off meeting will be held on October 10th in North Hall 1110 from 7pm-8pm.

—Kick-off Meeting is an informational meeting for Case Competition to go over logistics/rules
(c) Encourage registration of teams before the Kick-off Meeting
(d) Participants will receive case on October 12th, one week to finish, and present on October 19th.
(e) Winner from UCSB will participate in a final round of competitions with other schools on Nov. 30th in LAO (if they ask about schools – BYU, University of Washington, UC Berkeley, Santa Clara University, Cal Poly Slo, USC, UCLA)
(c) Encourage registration of teams before the Kick-off Meeting
