“We are beginning the recruiting process for the 2023 Wealth & Investment Management internship program, now called the WIM Banking & Financial Advising Internship. Each year the program offers a select group of undergraduate students the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in our field offices and other WIM locations.
The goal of the internship program is to attract, develop, and retain new talent. In addition to a new program name, the 2023 program features some exciting enhancements to attract a bright, diverse class of interns and encourage them to begin their post-graduate career at Wells Fargo.

o The opportunity to extend return offers at the end of the internship and prior to graduation, where appropriate.
o A comprehensive conversion strategy, designed to provide a clear career path to a financial advisor role over time.
It’s important to note that students do not have to live in the market now to apply for an internship. The following markets will host interns next summer:

· Information for interested students – The program is open to rising juniors and seniors in college. Because of the extensive interest in our internship program, students have a very short window to apply. The application window will open September 14 and is scheduled to close September 19.
