Event: Budgeting and Savings in College and Beyond with Paco de Leon

TODAY: Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Registration: tinyurl.com/cff-collegebudgeting

Explore the numerous internal and external factors that influence our relationship with money. Together with Paco de Leon, you’ll explore the universal truth that “people are weird about money” while emphasizing that getting to the root of that weirdness is essential in rethinking our relationship with finances. Through her hand-drawn illustrations, de Leon also provides decision-making models that help college students find and focus on areas where they have control and teaches them how to leverage the power of making little shifts in our perspectives to see ourselves and the world in a new light.

Join UCSB’s very own Dr. Susan Grover of the Economics department for an event regarding the current state of the U.S. economy and how that trickles down to all of us.
