Job Description:
• Prepare elements of offering memorandums, marketing collateral which includes research,
financial modeling and composition of market overviews.
• Maintenance and attention to detail in working with internal CRM database.
• Must understand real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.) to
determine if any issues exist and determine what could be a concern.
• Input property financial information into Excel financial models.
• Respond to day-to-day requests, providing information and advice to ensure that issues
are properly addressed.
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and
review new client leads.
• Other duties as assigned by a manager or team members
Skills, Education and Experience:
• Currently enrolled in a college program
• High school diploma
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively find solutions
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Research skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analysis and writing skills
