The company I work for, Guidepoint, connects hedge funds, private equity firms and venture capital firms on private phone calls with industry experts. Our clients use these expert calls for the market research when researching investment opportunities. The Client Service Associate role is responsible for identifying experts for our clients to connect with and recruiting them to participate in these consultations. It’s a fast growing company with lots of upward mobility. I have been here since graduating college and now work on the sales team.
