Tesla is hiring a Benefits Leader position reporting to our VP of People and HR in Fremont, CA.

This is a Director-Sr. Director level position and the focus is specifically on employee benefits globally,  administration, and benefits negotiation. Tesla has manufacturing facilities in California, Nevada, Shanghai, Berlin, and the newest footprint in Austin.

This role is based out of Fremont, CA and Tesla will provide relocation.
