The Congressional Budget Office, a small nonpartisan agency that provides economic and budgetary analysis to the Congress, is looking to hire entry-level analysts for their Budget Analysis Division.
Assistant analysts will be responsible for maintaining databases that underlie the Budget Analysis Division’s analyses and ensure the integrity of the data they contain. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in economics, desire to work on issues relating to Congress, quantitative and organizational skills, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Products.
