Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Internship The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is hiring interns for Summer 2020! The FDIC’s Financial Institution Intern Program provides an excellent opportunity for participants to gain hands-on experience evaluating bank operations, risk management strategies, and consumer protection practices. Interns will learn in-depth banking laws and regulatory procedures while working with experienced FDIC professionals to ensure institutions are following safe and sound banking practices. In order to be eligible, you must be a sophomore or a junior who is a U.S. citizen, will be graduating with business-related majors, have a 3.0 GPA, and have taken 4 units of accounting. In order to be considered, you must turn in your application by April 3rd. A letter of recommendation from college faculty is also required and may be turned in up to one week later, on April 10th.
