Eric Windes earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at UC Santa Barbara in 1980, and has since enjoyed a varied career as a Corporate Controller and Operations Controller for startup companies in the medical device and computer networking industries. Eric’s expertise includes financial accounting, corporate financial planning, globalization, cost accounting, corporate merger and integration and ERP design and
implementation. He describes his skillset as “successfully blending people, processes and systems”. His most recent role was with Topera, a medical device company that developed a novel 3D analysis and mapping system to assist electrophysiologists in the identification of the electrical source of complex cardiac arrhythmias. As a UC Santa Barbara student, Eric participated in Intercollegiate Track & Cross Country and was a charter member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
