Job Description
- Become familiar with the backgrounds and specialties of our ever-growing team of coaches.
- Rapid response to inbound email inquiries
- Qualify incoming leads
- Create campaigns for email outreach to new prospects
- Track all interactions with prospective clients in CRM from the time the lead comes in until a contract is signed or client has declined services.
- Schedule pre-contract introductory meetings for coach and prospective client when needed.
- Draft, edit, proof, and send contracts and participant guideline documents.
- Upon contract signing, communicate contract terms to coaches, administration, accounting department and introduce contract participants to their coaches via email.
- Schedule kick-off meetings for new contracts as needed.
- Maintain documentation files, and various spreadsheets.
- Interface with admin and coaching teams on projects as needed.
