Fall Career & Internship Fair and resume+ 

Our quarterly Career & Internship Fair is coming up on Thursday, October 19 from 11am­-2pm (10am-11am Early Admission) at the Thunderdome. This is THE place to be if you’re searching for a job, internship, or an opportunity to network and get your foot in the door. The Fall Fair is our biggest event of the year—over 120 companies and 1,500 students typically attend—you don’t want to miss out! Lucky for you, we’re offering awesome workshops to help you prep for the fair (scroll down for a full list of workshops and events coming up next week). 

For a great way to snag an “Early Admission” pass to the fair (10/10 would recommend), swing by resume+ on Wednesday, October 11from 2pm-4pm (for STEM majors) and Thursday, October 12 from 2pm-4pm (for ALL majors) in the Career Services Courtyard. BONUS: stick around after resume+ for How to Work a Career Fair to hear employers provide tips about how you can make the most out of attending. 

Jumpstart Workshops 

Searching for a job or internship can be overwhelming, which is exactly why we’ve crafted a new “Jumpstart” workshop series designed to help you relieve some stress! Take 20 minutes out of your day to jump on in; you’ll leave confident to go out into the world and snag your dream job. We’re offering Jumpstarts next week on HandshakeOn-Campus Interviews, Resumes, and Cover Letters (scroll down for the dates, times, and locations).
