Oracle is currently hiring for the Jan Sales Academy and Business Studies students tend to do very well in these roles, especially sales consulting roles; helping businesses solve large business problems with enterprise technologies.
Right now, Oracle is currently filling their Jan 14 Sales Academy class with Dec 13 grads and have had great success with UCSB graduates.
