Processors play a critical role in the loan approval process from beginning to end.  Loan processing is a very important step in the mortgage loan process which determines whether or not a loan will be approved.  Processors work alongside borrowers, loan officers and underwriters to facilitate mortgage paperwork.

One of the main tasks that the processor performs is to prepare a loan for the underwriter.  As a processor, you will collect all documentation necessary for the underwriter to review and approve.

Prospect Mortgage will fly you to Southern California for 3 weeks of training.  Afterwards, you will be assigned to an office in your home area.  You will work with a team of experienced professionals who are some of the best in the industry.
