Account Manager for Laserfiche in Long Beach, CA

Laserfiche is looking for talented account managers to join our sales team in our Long Beach office! Laserfiche creates simple and elegant enterprise content management (ECM) solutions that help organizations run smarter. As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Generate qualified sales leads for our Laserfiche software within an assigned territory in order to support outside sales and maximize profitability
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly targets including lead qualification, lead referral and follow up, pipeline forecast goals, and prospect event generation goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with our end-users via email, phone, and web-based chat
  • Work directly with a Regional Sales Manager to handle potential and active accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Have a high-tech inclination
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet/exceed goals
  • Proven verbal and written communication abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
