BPO Solutions (BPO) seeks to hire a brilliant Search Marketing Analyst for our Arcadia, CA office located in the Pasadena/Los Angeles Area. This is a temporary position with an opportunity to become a full-time permanent employee. The Search Marketing Analyst will manage BPO’s Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) efforts in the online shopping, yellow pages and content monetization vertical. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional quantitative skills, attention to detail, advanced problem solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a very fast paced environment.

The ideal SEM Analyst candidate should have taken the following courses: Statistics, Calculus 1 & 2, Economics (Micro/Macro), Finance, Accounting 1-2, Game Theory, Econometric Modeling, Basic Computer Science Courses, Physics 1, and English Literature/Comparative Literature.

Please provide your average GPA and individual scores for each of the listed courses if possible. We strongly recommend 2 references from Professors as well.

This is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of what drives internet search monetization. The SEM Analyst will also learn and develop a variety of skills such as mySQL, database fundamentals, advanced excel functions, excel modeling fundamentals, demand/supply fundamentals, adcopy creation, keyword analysis, and optimization techniques. You will be joining a team with many years of experience in the PPC/SEM industry with a proven track record of success.
