Finance Information Sessions February 18th

Financial Literacy Club: 6pm

We’re hosting a Careers in Finance: Introduction to Audit, Quant, Asset Management, Banking, Wealth Management & More info session on February 18, 2026 from 6:00–7:00 PM in NH 1105 .

This session is designed for students of all experience levels and will break down different career paths in finance, what they actually look like day-to-day, recruiting timelines, and how students can position themselves early, even without prior internships or technical background.

Finance Connection 7pm:

This Wednesday, February 18th, at 7PM in North Hall 1110 we will be hosting guest speaker Tim Coleman in-person. Tim was a senior MD at Blackstone and partner at PJT Partners, where he served as the Global Head of Restructuring Investment Banking. Tim notably played key roles the restructurings of Bear Stearns, Macy’s Inc., Delta Airlines, Ford Motor Company, Purdue Pharma (maker of Oxycontin), and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Tim is also known as one of the original bankers who turned debt restructuring into a major moneymaker for Wall Street.

We are going to do a moderated Q&A followed by audience questions, covering:

  • Career in investment banking
  • Experience in restructuring
  • Time at Blackstone & PJT Partners
  • Advice for young finance professionals
