Moss Adams!

Happy Spring! We’re rounding out the academic year and preparing for summer programming. Read on for information about our scholarship opportunities and summer intern programs.
INCLUSION & DIVERSITYFreshmen and sophomores who are interested in pursuing a degree and career in accounting are invited to apply for our 2023 Ignite Diversity Scholarship. Established by the Moss Adams Foundation, this $2,500 scholarship will apply toward tuition or related costs for up to 30 students for the 2023-2024 academic year. Through scholarships and educational efforts, we’re committed to increasing multi-cultural representation in the accounting profession. Students can apply using this linkApplications are due Friday, April 28. We ask that you share this with your students. Additionally, we will be hosting our TakeOff! diversity leadership program in July for our scholarship recipients.  The in-office program will take place regionally and include a variety of sessions focused on inclusion and diversity from internal and external speakers. We are looking forward to connecting with students during this impactful program! We recently published our 2022 I&D Report, which explores our firm’s progress on our five bold commitments and the evolution of our learning, the introduction of new accountability initiatives, and continued transparency in the demographics of the firm. Moss Adams believes diversity creates a meaningful impact. Difference isn’t merely acknowledged—it’s expected. Honoring our differences is essential to building a sustainable firm that is more dynamic, inclusive, quick, and agile. SUMMER INTERN PROGRAMSWe are thrilled to welcome over 425 interns into the firm this summer, the largest class to date! Our 370+ client service interns (Assurance/Tax/Consulting) will participate in technical training and engage with client work. Our goal is that every intern receives an offer to become a full-time staff.  We’re proud to share that our annual conversion rate hovers at 90%. We are also hosting nearly 60 Guide, Pilot, and Steer (GPS) operational interns this summer. GPS is an in-person, six-week internship designed for underrepresented students in their sophomore or junior year (the summer prior to a client service internship). We provide GPS interns with an opportunity to learn about our firm via job shadows in assurance, tax, and consulting. These interns also spend time with several operational teams including finance, marketing, sales, innovation, L&D, and our Business Resource groups (BRGs). All interns will spend four days in Anaheim, California, attending the annual Summer Intern Program (SIP) on June 27 – June 30. SIP includes client spotlights, an innovation project, a community service event, a Business Resource Group (BRG) overview, dynamic guest speakers, and a day at Disneyland. CAMPUS RECRUITING EVENTS PAGEView our campus recruiting events page to find current job offerings, application information, event details, regional team contact information and much more!
