Overall, we are interested and invested in developing talent. New employees will start in our Services Group to learn our product, our culture, and how to engage customers. We specialize in business process software purpose built for property managers renting apartments and houses. Appfolio’s web-based software employs unique and cutting edge technology to provide integrated accounting, payment systems, and marketing for property management companies.

From the Services Group, we will be interested in offering entry level sales positions where the focus will be on learning on how to engage prospects with a value proposition that makes sense for the prospect’s business and ours. The sales process you will be trained on focuses on customer value, excellent customer experience, and customer success, not tricky sales maneuvers at the cost of client success. Over time, some entry level sales people will be promoted into field sales positions.
